Payment

For individuals

The following payment options are available at Foxwoodrus online store:

1. Any bank card; payment is processed by Yandex.Checkout without any fees. The form will be available upon checkout.

2. By a card of any payment system: МИР, VISA International, Mastercard Worldwide by PAO Sberbank. To choose this option click 'Pay by card' on the relevant page.

3. By cash on delivery by courier. This option is only available in those cities of Russia where the CDEK company has an open branch.

4. By cash or by credit card on order receipt in any CDEK self-pickup point in in Russia which accepts pay on delivery.

5. PayPal.

6. Online payment systems: QIWI кошелек, Yandex.Money, Web-money

7. Money transfer systems Western Union, Unistream.

For entities

1. We invoice your company (bank details to be submitted via email info@foxwoodrus.ru).

2. Upon receipt of funds, we ship the order with the courier or with a transport company (subject to agreement).

3. We attach the delivery document TORG-12 along with the products and send them by mail to the address specified by you.

Return of goods/services

Return is subject to the legislation of the Russian Federation.

The funds are returned to your account within 5-30 business days (depending on the Bank that had issued the card).
