Privacy Policy 

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter Policy) is a document which provides terms of use of User's personal information by website www.foxwoodrus.ru [individual entrepreneur O.N. Shmulina] (hereinafter Operator). Operator including all other persons in its group, may obtain personal information of the User during its use of any websites, services, programs and products (hereinafter Website) provided by Operator and in the course of implementation by Operator of any agreements with the User. If the User agrees with the Policy as part of the agreement with one of the listed persons, this agreement applies to all other listed persons.

By using the Website, the User provides his/her unreserved consent to this Policy and all personal information processing terms specified in it; in case of disagreement with the terms of the Policy, the User must refrain from using the Website.

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Policy is an integral part of the Public Offer (hereinafter Offer), published and/or available online at: http://foxwoodrus.ru and other agreements concluded with the User when it's provided for by terms thereof.

1.2. This Policy is drawn up in accordance with the Federal Law No. 152-FZ On Personal Data as of July 27, 2006 and other regulatory documents of the Russian Federation with regard to personal data protection and processing and applies to all personal data which Operator might obtain from the User being a party to a civil law contract.

2. User personal information processed by the Website

4. TERMS OF USER PERSONAL INFORMATION PROCESSING

5. Alternation or deletion of personal information.
